An opening PI/Professor position on drug discovery is available at ITMNU in China
The Institute of Translational Medicine at Nanchang University (ITMNU)in China is a newly established research institute with supports from Jiangxi Province and Nanchang University. ITMNU is focused on the clinical, basic science and therapeutic application studies on cardiovascular diseases and cancer. ITMNU now has established five centers: the center for cardiovascular diseases; the center for cancer and metabolic diseases, the center for genomic research and bioinformatics, the center for biotechnology and bio-drug development, and the center for transgenic animal models. ITMNU occupies a whole five-floor building with over 10,000 M2. We are now looking for an experienced scientist on drug discovery and bio-drug development to direct the center for biotechnology and bio-drug development. The position requires the candidates have a PhD degree and 3-5 years postdoctoral working experiences, and have an outstanding publication record. The working experiences in drug companies will be a plus. The position comes with a competitive salary, compensated housing, an attractive research grant startup package and lab space.
