You will be given the opportunity to co-ordinate in-house projects independently and perform. It covers inter alia the standalone implementation of existing algorithms, the development of analysis pipelines and the final visualization of the analytical results for a supportive data evaluation on the part of our customers. Furthermore, you have part of your job, the opportunity to expand your knowledge on internal and external training courses and conferences.
RequirementsYou have earned a degree in bioinformatics, computer science or successful.A doctoral degree is an advantage.Programming experience in popular scripting languages such as Perl or Python or in an object-oriented language is a must. Dealing with SQL databases and should be familiar. Experience with PHP, Java, Web programing is an advantage.Bioinformatic basic knowledge is required. Ideally, you have to experience in the field of sequence analysis and genomic and Transkriptomsequenzierung.The methods of modern project management, you can use results-oriented and combine this with entrepreneurial thinking and action.Our internal and external customers against you appear knowledgeable and service-oriented.Profound English and German language skills in spoken and written are required.They are characterized by a high willingness to communicate, service orientation and flexibility.
